NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Subsidiary XND Technologies, Inc. Plans Relocation of Manufacturing Facility.

Do we not remember this NEWS? Are we so lost in finding faults (which is why we just cant stay away from this room), that we look for anything to finger out?

NOT SO FAST!

Lets recap here!

8:03 AM ET 3/23/10 | Marketwire

NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary XND Technologies, Inc. has decided to relocate its manufacturing plant from Prescott, AZ to a larger facility near XND's executive offices, and that company officials are currently negotiating to occupy a building in Scottsdale/Phoenix. The decision was made because projections of volume made it clear that the facility in Prescott was too small and that a larger facility located closer to XND's Scottsdale executive offices would both better serve the company's manufacturing needs and provide more accessibility to customers, consumers, and distributors. The company also reported that both its Nu2O product launch and its planned upgrade to Pinksheets Current Information status, despite slight delays, are still in process and expected to occur within the next few months.

Companies (like people, since people are running them), are allowed to have reasonable delays and can run into unforeseen snafus or modifications for improvements.

Whether the last news was the typical "Bate and Switch" trick many pinks are known for, especially when they’re nearing the dates they set, remains questionable. Needing a larger facility to meet the demands rather choking the current one or having to dismantle and relocate after they're all set up and in production, can make reasonable sense.

I'm not one who places "MY OWN OBLIGATIONS ,WANTS AND NEEDS" on others to fulfill and BASH or hold others accountable for failing to provide the things "I WANT", when they don’t.

I have moved my expectations accordingly and I believe their decision was reasonable.

But believe me, I know when to call it quit!
I’m not naive to what I SEE, as many readers here may think from what I post. But as it stands, I've not seen anything wrong with what NBVG is doing or planning nor how they're going about it at this time. I see a simple and reasonable business move made necessary for the circumstances.

I'm in no rush and I'm ok with that. This isn’t the only stock I own and what I have invested here 'IS' affordable to lose.

I CAN BE TOLD “I told you so”, only for the passing quarter.
But it’s weight isn’t as heavy as it may have been had we not received a NEWS stating reasonable and necessary modifications to the production for why more time was needed.

Fair enough IMO.!

(Note! I'm still banned to only one post per day, so I cant post replied until tomorrow.)

I can’t defend myself after getting beaten up on this post (wink-wink!) until then.
