PARL has financing issues as stated
in their 10Q, which I think could be solved by merging

If they both have financing issues, what's going to be solved????

SPNG can't pay their bills in a timely fashion now, so what's the point about solving "financing issues". Maybe eliminating the expense of having two websites, since SPNG appears to be so broke they can't even pay the maintenence fees for their website. The "Stocking Stuffer" matter is ridiculous.

A merger would just make the "financing issue" worse.
