GOIG will be an addition to Customer Service!

Go800 is a good concept with gaining confidence and publicity.
Even the critics on this board are spending their valuable time..just because the company/stock got the attention of the masses. Thats a very very good thing !

To my opinion Go800 is not going to dominate or replace anything.It will be just an added covenience available and shall be provided by companies who care about their business and value their customers.

If WellsFargo is providing it..then it is unwise for Bank of America not to use it...

As inverstors we all will be happy soon. Lets hope that the management makes wise and healthy decisions. Our prayers are with them......
