EXPERTS Please Should I Buy? What price point? If I am buying do I buy at one time? Buy and wait and then buy more or less depending on what is happening?

Guys I have been on here a week. Got caught up in the LYRIC Press and started looking at the Pinks. Never really traded pinks and am JUST starting to learn to read charts and all the analysis etc. I traded myself on Schwab for 12+ years just by research and picking good stocks and taking a few risks, like B of A when it went low and there was uncertainty which is my single best return but haven't sold YET.

Anyway if I do buy this stock (and it drops low to .02, .03, .04) should I buy a lot at once? Should I buy some and see what happens. WHAT is a decent price to get in this thing. I could put $5K in, $10K. Maybe more, but in this speculative stock that would be risky and I am not THAT rich, but doing OK...

OR is this thing a P & D with an overcast of legitimacy mixed in with some recent press pumping????

I have GOT to LEARN CHARTS and all the analysis that goes with it. There is even some decent info on Schwab. IS THERE ANY GREAT Site or course or BOOK to teach me this stuff????

Or what is a GOOD a list of criteria to create a short list of stocks with potential to chart and watch????
