If I recall correctly, Bovell's 10 dollar comment was made after the meeting had been oficially closed thus making this information un-official, un-substantiated...thus making the information little more than rumor.

What is of interest (and only based on my memory) is that Bovell was not subsequently held accountable for either side of his comment.
