Major problems at TD Waterhouse. The online system couldn't tell me if my order was processed so I called customer service after a 10 min. wait and 15 min talking to a grunt and his supervisor they stated that they couldn't help me because they have no idea either. Now I can't even log on to the system and the humans on the other end of the phone can't execute or stop my orders. My Ameritrade accounts are working fine but I don't want to trade anything there now. This is not only frustrating but scary. What happens during a market meltdown? Thanks for listening. I needed that.
Now the site is back up but no order status yet, about an hour like this as far as I know.
