Dear e-ore:

I recently joined this website and wanted to comment on a reply you received from WST (Worldwide Stock Transfer) late in 2009. Sometimes replies don't contain enough information which can aid the receiver's understanding of "why". Reporting vs Non-Reporting public companies. TA's release a great deal of "releasable" info but there are some things they cannot divulge such as total outstanding. Authorized - is public info for all issuers and typically appears on the face of certificates. To obtain total outstading on some companies (especially those who are not required to report)one must attend the annual meeting where they may view (but not reproduce any facimile thereof)that info. TA's (for small-caps) who willingly release that info are breeching confidentiality regulations. The reason for this is that there are organizations (such as Raging Bull) who collect this info and ride the stock down to zero before the TA or issuer ever knew what hit them. I hope you understand now and hold no bad feelings for WST or any other small-cap TA whose only trying to do their job well.
