Bottom line is that most people here seem to be waiting for a decent flip! I believe this is a longer hold, and will see close to a dollar by end of summer! Seems many are waiting for the first oppurtunity to flip... Whatever your stance, this is way undervalued and will only see greener days ahead. The compnay is positioning istelf for huge growth!!!
