anything but a 424B...if there is one, it will be while the price is up here before any further tank ie early next week. That is how they get to issue less shares ie if the price is up. This has happened repeatedly with these pharmas. Company comes out with great FDA news, stock price spikes and then BAMMMMM dilution hits...hope this isn't a rinse, repeat is all I am saying...
