14 billion a/s=140 million buyout and the best part is that I realize their dilution is pulling the stock down but in the end the outcome is the same .01.The buyer is probably fine with it as he is picking up shares while dilution continues as cheap as possible to save himself money.Sounds foolish but fits the criteria.Your looking a gifthorse in the mouth right now.
