great news Mark. I am not surprised that it is taking a couple of extra days or a week to officially hear about this info. Shareprice should respond very favorably to news of phase 2, drill rig secured for April or May, positive results, etc... Hopefully each of these are announced seperately . If this is the case... starting phase 2 so quickly, then there is probably A LOT OF OIL down there.
