If BIG PHARMA wants the Bio-Harp and they are talking with MR. Lee the best way to get it is to buy XMDC - not to hard at these prices even with a premium - it could be what Mr. Lee is up to - destroy it short term and let a big buyer in - volume will be interesting today and the rest of the week

If you combine Mr. Lee's shares to another 200 million of lets say Medtronics - that is 75% of company.
