As per 12/15/2009, the float is to be determined, outstanding shares issued and authorized sometimes determines the amount of the loan(float). With 1,884,579,792 issued with 4,000,000,000 authorized there appears to be a lot of room. Unless they can release some real fins, the float could be whatever. Also rememmber that back in Sept'09, their unaudited reports listed $170,778,800 in additional paid-in capital.
