Did anyone listen to CNBC just now re: the Lehman report? The reporter talking to Kudlow basically focused on the fact the Fuld was "cooking the books" with repo 105. No mention at all of JPM or Barclay's. She did mention the auditors.

She left viewers with the insinuation that there might be criminal charges filed based on the report.
