Just some simple thoughts. Alex Padilla being Acting CEO means not permanent but temply filling the position of CEO. Accg to a recent BEHL SHs mtg report composed by BB and posted BEHL board Alec Padilla was absent. And this is for DM. If there is another reason to call ENTK in the near future you may want to include the question if both Padillas are one and the same person if changes haven't occured by then. Just a simple thought !
