I hope that they are. In fact, I thought about that....

The announcement of what might happen (which is not a good thing for a PR, in my opinion) should be followed with a PR that shows REAL NEWS.

Well, clearly some real news happened....but they may be waiting for one key piece of info before revealing the results.

In other words, a PR about "partial news" could also be harmful...so may be they want to have all their ducks in a row before making the announcement.
