I have always been long on this stock, untill the 10q.

I sold out because of dillution and paying all bills with stock to their notes that are due

They have 2 notes that are in default
they are behind in payroll and sales tax

ZVTK owns nothing, they have a German manufacturer make the bulb, IFS collects the bulbs and takes orders and sends them out for them. Now they have someone to do even the marketing for them.

ZVTK is some guys spread out in FL and TX and NJ in offices

And to make things worse their licensing agreement is only good for a year to sell the bulbs

They want investors to invest, without even knowing the revenue or sales, but owners will not even invest in a warehouse to hold the bulbs or hire people to take calls and ship them out.

I am not a basher and I love the bulbs have ordered 4 times, but I understand why Adam jumped ship.
