Is this a possible coincidence. On March 16, 2007, CYSG filed form NT-10-Q with the SEC, stating that its quartley report for period ending 3/31/2007 will be late. Since that date no other forms have been submitted to the SEC, ex, 10-Q, 20-F, 8-K, 10-K, etc. They did post fiscal years 2007 and 2008 and third quarter of 2009 in September of 2009, but no forms.If they have determined to become an on going business, then we should see some reports in the coming weeks, then financials(audited or unaudited.I hope so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
