Atlantis Technology Group (PINKSHEETS: ATNP) Board of Directors announces additional items scheduled for the March 5th, 2010 meeting including a 5 to 1 forward split.

The additional items are as follows;

-- The proposed 5 to 1 forward split for Atlantis Technology Group.
-- GOTV licensing agreements that are in place for The Netherlands and
Ireland.
-- An advertisement television campaign for the GOTV IPTV service.




Previous scheduled items;

-- An update to the approved additional dividend of GOTV shares to
shareholders of the parent company Atlantis Technology Group.
-- An update to the recent approval for management to form an MP4
advertisement company for the purpose of increasing the revenue for the
GOTV IPTV service.
-- An update to the recent approval for management to form a video
production company for the purpose to produce new content and add
additional revenue for the GOTV IPTV service.
