Obama-

I read your posts because I read them all. But come on!

1) Dilution is necessary when you mismanage money and miss the mark on your first attempt to become cash flow positive. However, for as much as you want to blame CPRK for dilution, we can also look at the unfortunate event that was the RBS Sempra deal. We enter into this agreement with promise of a healthy relationship, the backing of a worldwide bank, and endless support for financing. Then we fall victim to the horrible worldwide banking collapse and RBS is yet another one caught in the middle of bundled toxic loans. Our deal falls apart. This might have been short sided on the part of CPRK BOD's to not see this coming, but it's not like it happened overnight and I am sure RBS wasn't exactly forthright with all the financial troubles they were facing! I am just proud we kept fighting and didn't give up once this deal turned to dust!

Everyone, and I say everyone, on this board understands dilution and that diluting shares decreases share value and increases share structure. We get it!! Can we officially quit beating this dead horse and move on??

2) When a company is in dire straights financially like CPRK and then proves they are turning the corner, there is only one type of investor who isn't VERY EXCITED, "the one with an agenda"! I understand why some are bitter, but if you had a single share in this game, getting up off the mat and dusting yourself off would feel great! But, no way our "spot on guy" has a single share here. Or, our "agendaless" friend is SHORT? What is it?

3) Shorting is real, the website is real, it's real! When dilution happens, the pps plummets. But, when the share structure stays solid for weeks and continuous buying is met with continuous resistance from shorting, it's SHORT! There is nothing wrong with this concept as long as there isn't a FTD associated with it. If investors want to bet against CPRK, go ahead, I know 500 more on this board that aren't!!

But please put the dilution bashing to bed. If CPRK has to dilute more shares for whatever reason, feel free to get back on this horse and ride it, but only until the impact of that single diluting act is absorbed!!

Obama, your charts are educational to me since I am fairly new to trading and have never utilized them. Use your talents with charts to educate us on what the market is saying and how we should be looking at this investment from both sides. We have witnessed how accurate your charts can be on the way down. Now, I am very excited to see your charts as CPRK runs up into the .10 range! Thanks in advance for providing these!

Peace,
VVV
