Do we actually want the SJ now? Please READ.

this occured to me the other day. I beleive on or beforfe the end of march (correct me if i'm wrong) WMI needs to present the re-organization plan. If this is in fact the case and they no longer have the right to extend, wouldn't receiving the SJ in wasmu's favor obligate them to file reorg plan with current Cash,NOL's and tax refunds?
If so, that would pay all classes but commons, right?

Obviously the EC would argue and could themselves put off the reorg plan having now the proof that the FDIC undervalued wamu and fradulently transferred 4B to jpm. Will we get an extension?

I could be way off base here so please don't bash, I am being devils advocate.
