FIRREA? What? JPMC is still trying to use this, it was thrown out of three circuit courts. The WMI response and appeal is awesome and literally puts JPM attorneys to shame.

The only sad part of this.... is that its very obvious JPM is not talking about settlement if they continue to file garbage like this. All they're doing is really going to piss off THJMW.

looks like we can look at the pps fore some more gradual gains and not a settlement, at least not before 3/4
