thanks umaw, and sorry to hear about that loss, that brings the reality to this case now doesn't it?
don't get me wrong i have been in here for 14 months and will stay here to the bitter end. I will not incurr a loss as i was fortunate enough to flip and ride free shares now. (i flipped very early on) My fight, beleive it or not, is for the folks like you devasted from a financial loss.
I will be satisfied with a settlement of course, but should I be? Money isnt everything (it sure as hell helps lol)

I say if this hits, or should i say when this happends for us we should create a non profit and each fund money into exposing this outrage. Fund a film, purchase ad space...keep fighting the good fight. Because weather were here to make a quick buck, or dream to become rich from the opportunity I feel we owe to those that brought us this far and to the families of those that couldn't take this as far as we have (deaths caused by this collapse)
I would dedicate my life to making sure the rats that are behind this know they're accountable.
I want to be able to say I made a difference, I've cataloged all of the dd done on this board and myself and I am ready to make a difference.
Just waiting for the JPM/FDIC funding to bury these bastards. They may be albe to protect themselves in court with non disclosure agreements, but they can't hide this forever.
I know pleanty of people that will carry this all the way.
So i say to JPM/FDIC go ahead delay this further, throw up smoke screens and useless paperwork, derail the day traders.... this is not going away!
