charles and Chrion: I agree with the both of you. although I would love to see a settlement and get my wife off my back in regards to the money currently sitting in our account, part of me hopes this gets exposed further. Part of me wants justice to all of us. Although I am "vulture" and invested post seizure, I am now suffering the bank lock down on credit as it becomes harder and harder to run a business, refinance property and so on.
The greatest country in the world is being held for randsom by the same banks that caused this collapse.
I don't want to get political, I simply want to see fair value in all things. The harder you work the more you should have. I am a captalist by nature. I have had nothing in my life at one time, remember the days of having $7.00 in my checking and not eating for a week, then again i was 19 yo.
My point is any of us can make a fortune from nothing and i can't say the same from any other country in the world.
I want a role reversal for JD. It's time to pay the piper, hell is not enough, whomever controls the world; god, ala, budda or otherwise, please strike those who have profitted from the demise of others.
We as a whole will survive and without a loss in stide will fight forward regardless of the fate of wamu.
I am blessed to be part of the intelligent DD and posters on this board because thanks to you, I am still here fighting for whats right! JUSTICE will prevail and I hope it prevails not only to benefit us monetarily but to bring confidence back to our justice system. What stops me from ripping people off if not for the strong arm of the law.
THJMW do the right thing, make us beleive that justice will prevail!
