I didn't see any "stock option grants" disclosed in 10k.

What I did see was a 3 year salary compensation package (I think 6 or 8 million shares for July 2008 to 2011). But no stock options.

I disagree on the law firm deal. But its been a while since I reviewed that 10k/10q.

Dude its all about Dicon and the "inventory advance" account. The #1 auditing issue, and its not even close.
