After reading this 10Q, and watching this stock for nearly 3 months, I am convinced of it.

My agenda is to stop people's current losses and to prevent maybe even one more person from losing money to this pump and dump machine.

It is a well crafted, totally legal corporate machine that was created YEARS ago and designed to make millions of dollars from the illusion of a mass marketing of a gimmicky product.

Flaflyersfan told me, months ago, that this was what was going on, and I argued and argued. I told him I was here to LEARN about stocks, and he made me asst. mod - probably more as a favor to me...to teach me. I am grateful.

I didn't think this was a pump and dump either. I had nothing to base that belief on except "that is what I wanted to believe."

That is the basis of denial.

The other thing that Flaflyersfan told me was that people will not believe you.

He was/is 100% right.

I didn't believe him. I didn't believe him because I wanted to not believe him.

There will be people who won't believe you no matter what you say. They are the "deer in the headlights."

That was me too.

People can say what they want about me, say what they want about Flaflyersfan...he has done nothing but SAY THE TRUTH, and say what he believes. He has been wrong about some things (for example, he thought the dilution was going to be much higher)...but he has been OH SO RIGHT about the important things.

I am saying this because I believe it to be true.

I am not saying you can't make money on ZVTK. You could POSSIBLY buy it at .002 and sell at .0024 and make 20%.

But you are probably not going back to .008 or .01.

In fact, ANY gain made on the PPS is an uphill battle, because you are fighting a corporate machine that has been designed to DUMP STOCK faster than the stock can attract new investors. This is what is driving the PPS down.

Trying to make money on ZVTK, at this point, is not a good idea.
