regarding Nok, as a trigger...this may be a very basic question to many but either forgotten or not known by me. Has it ever been clarified that Sony/SE was named as the trigger in the NOK contract ALONE, as in only them? If not, and I would hope not, is there heavy focus on getting another manufacturer to meet the triggering mechanisms. If indeed they were able to get another major signed and a rate defined would the NOK contract kick in, and we could forget about the arbitration? I understand that at this time most, maybe all, other major manufacturers may be willing to wait on the side line and infringe with hope NOK avoids payment. Which brings up another question. If S/SE was the only triggering company named (foolish in my book), what would keep all other companies from colluding against signing and just keep going forth infringing? Then it would seem IDCC would have no choice but to go after everyone of them via litigation. I know I have rambled I hope one of you can see my point and provide a logical answer.
