What's changed? Nothing. That's good.

They still have the CdSe Quantum Dot.
They still have Jabbour and Wong.
Kaust, Rice, U of A, and ASU.
They are stretching the boundaries, yes,
but he seems to have the support of these
institutions because there has not been a
crack in the cone of silence he has created.
There is not yet a notice of default by any
institution. Why not? Because he has the
formula, he has convinced them he knows
what he is doing. Why else such silence
at such seemingly non-performance? Why such
faith by Posner and the other original money
men that got this started? Why no run on stock?
This has been known on the inside for a while.

If Hague/Solterra is in such dire straits,
why is he withholding all the hype that could
help him and stir interest?
I am convinced-
They have a superior solar cell quantum dot.
They have a process for mass production of CdSe.
They have tested prototypes of flexible
solar panels using a special desktop printer.
They have some sort of alliance with the Saudis.

Why would he hold back all that PR that could
increase the price of the shares and make a
name for this company? This is the question
that Barrymore asks us. Why not, especially now?

I know there are endless questions about what the
company is doing, but to me, they are avoiding
the paparazzi of CNBC that pollute the airwaves
with each company's 15 minutes of fame and throw
them out over-analyzing what they did wrong, one
side for and one side against, talking just for
the sake of talking. No news is good news, IMHO.

He's been promised a lot of stock, and he will
be making $120k/yr salary. Even more, they will
pay Bob Glaas the same, with less stock. They
have motivation to perform. That he is not
manipulating the stock is some kind of proof
that they are not in this for the short term
squeeze of the investors, but for the big
payoff, years down the road. Squires has sold
stock to pay company expenses, loaning the
money without collateral, and he has put up
20 million of his shares as collateral for a
deal they did. That he will get shares down
the road, and really score is no different
than what Gates, or Jobs or Ellison have done
while building their companies into powerhouses.

The reason I believe we do not have financing is
he does not want to give up a piece of the company,
he does not want to trade shares for financing.
Financing means the company is lent money and
repays it with interest. Most penny stocks
"finance" by selling shares. That's how you
get penny stocks with billions of shares.
He wants a loan. He is holding out for a loan.
A big one. That's why he went to the Rice Alliance.
He probably could have gotten financing from all
the Barrymores out there with all their connections
if he would sell the shares. He won't compromise.
Yet he has not taken the easy road and diluted
the shares.
He is holding out for the best deal for the company.
He is holding back the information because it is in
the best interest of the company the fewer who know.
Releasing it would spur research and a rush to
submit patents. More competition. Harder to get
financing when big money is against you.

Financing seems to be the number one priority!
The 10Q states there can be no guarantee that they will
find financing to accomplish their plan. That's the bet.
I think he has decided that before they take a solar
panel contract, they must show proof of concept in the
form of production, so to satisfy themselves that they
can perform the contract. Otherwise is a great risk.
He needs financing for a model factory for solar panels
and a quantum dot factory side by side, so to speak.
How much I do not know, but not 100s of millions.

Ask yourself, is this a company that is in trouble?
Does it have strong management?
Does management have a vision and a plan to accomplish it?
Are they acting on that plan? Their timeline?
Do they have the support of their allies?
Do they have the right product?

Ask yourself, what is my financial goal with stock
from this company? Is it a long term investment
for capital appreciation, or is it a short term
vehicle to turn over after a quick bump up and
take a profit and move on? What is the smart
money doing? Buying or Selling?
How much do I want to risk for what I perceive is
the potential reward?
