Karman, once in a while you will find a scam company that will craft up a strange dividend like what is being dicussed...

a few years ago a company declared a dividend equal to a square foot of land in a foreign country for every number of shares that a shareholder owned....

they figured that this would trap the evil naked shorters

the company has since been charged with fraud by the SEC and/or the DOJ
