2:50 (Dow Jones) Citing a TransUnion study, Citi analysts say consumers are
prioritizing paying credit card debt before their mortgage "defying the
conventional wisdom that financially distressed consumers pay their second
obligations, i.e. mortgage debt, first." The shift in payment priority is most
pronounced in states like California and Florida, where the housing market
crash was most pronounced, they say. (ASH)

I'm not surprised...with credit card interst at 18% or better vs an 8% mortgage...I'd pay off the higher first also. Z
