love it! Drudge report just posted a story about how the commercial realestate loan biz is going to collapse later this year. I hope that spurns some irrational selling so I can by some more cheapies. The last time a story like this hit drudge it started the downward spiral on all of the REIT stocks. Maybe this stock will even go lower than my predicted $6 base.
