No one said they own it. But that's the whole point, Metter said the shareholders would get details about the Dicon Balance Sheet. Shareholders got nothing from Metter; not a list of assets purchased or liabilities assumed. NOTHING except it cost $4.75 million and that Dicon had a cash flow problem and owns some equipment.
