I can not make the CC tonight, but those who are need to ask if the revenue of 4.3 million RR quoted in the PR includes revenue from this new acquisition. Will the 100 agents be on top of what they already have (how many do the currently have). And also, what is the net profit he expects to generate from the new acquisition. And is that profit included in the $1 million or so that was stated in the PR.

Also ask, what the revenues and profits are for this new company yearly.

Yes, I am very skeptical as its not every day a small pinkie company like EXPU acquires a company that has over $2 BILLION in stated revenues throughout its history.

Should be VERY interesting to see how the retail sees this news and what the stock does today. Should make for some great daytrading.
