This is my reply to the previous email reply that JD had given me on Feb.4:

Mr. Davenport,
I, along with many others, are 'parsing' the PRs. That is what any good investor is going to do. I for one have stayed patient for the 'partnership' thing to happen to move the company forward. You said in our December conversation that you could not PR due to the other parties involved.
I am simply asking if that is still the case. You are now stating "relationships," and I am asking if they still have to clear things on their end for you to PR or has those 'parties' you discussed with me in December fallen through and there are no parties holding it back rather the timing you have chosen to give the next PR?
I will not email anymore this week, I do know you are busy and I hope it is all coming together,

XXXXXXXXXX, It is usually the case that PRs referencing third parties don’t happen without the third party’s permission. There can be exceptions. However, all of our partnerships and alliances remain in the state in which we announced them. If they change or if there are new ones, I will announce that. I cannot signal to you the status of any negotiations or plans. I will say this, I have very strong plans that I am acting on and as they reach points of material change, I will announce them. I suspect that when I do, we will need to have far more frequent updates.
