sorry to disappoint you folks, but LEGALLY, gus jarvis has
no jurisdiction to sue in Canada, a U.S.A. Regulator....

the SEC will simply not respond....they don't have too.
It's very sad gus jarvis, pro se, thinks he has any say
setting in Canada griping about the U.S.A. SEC, when in
fact, he can only sue the canadian brokerage/exchange that
sold him his shares.......THE SEC HAS NO JURISDICTION TO
PROTECT CANADIAN FOLKS........I GUESS GUS JARVIS JUST
DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THIS FACT....JARVIS DOESN'T PAY U.S.A
INCOME TAXES...WHY DOES HE BELIEVE HE IS PROTECTED
BY A U.S.A. REGULATOR????\
\
anybody know why jarvis believes he has that power,
please enlighten me! Gus jarvis needed to pay a lawyer
in canada for legal advise, you shareholders that contributed
to gus's filing, i think you should have talked to a lawyer as
well, instead of listening to a pro se, uneducated person giving
legal advise he knows nothing about. whatever cash you paid
for gus to file his bogus suit, you need to ask for a refund...me thinks! don't believe me, call your local lawyer and ask him if
a canadian has jurisdiction to sue any U.S.A. entity, and specially
a government high level official, whom has absolute SOVERIGN IMMUNITY
FROM ANY LAWSUIT!

Thank You Father
