L-3 Increases Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Feb 02, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its board of directors has increased its regular quarterly cash dividend 14 percent from $0.35 to $0.40 per share. The board has also declared the dividend payable on March 15, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2010.

Strianese, chairman, president and chief executive officer.
