Steve, If you could sneak in Q on 150 Acre Algea Subdivision =>

Why 15 acre Lots ? If we were trying to remove initial Barriers to get these up and running FAST, wouldn't it make sense to do 15 x 10 Acre Parcels ? Or Buy / Lease 100 acres instead of 150 Acres and do 10 x 10 Acre Parcels.

The difference in cost on a 10 acre System opposed to a 15 acre is 500K. That 500K ( 100K per Acre ) could present a significant barrier to a lot of potential Clients.

Also, if you could confirm 1 more teeny weeny Question, " Has the price per Acre indeed gone up to shy of 100K from 86K as the result of V3 enhancements ( eg 7 layer Poly, new robust corners, etc )
