I wouldn't expect any news until at least a week after the conclusion of the MWC. I'm guessin NEOM will wanna dispense at least one very positive PR before announcing the date of the SHM so as to avoid further threats/circulation of class action lawsuits against NEOM/YA and being bombarded with rotten fruit and vegetables when the CEO addresses the shareholders.

From the NEOM/YA perspective, they are Emperor and Senate while we are the masses. Unfortunately for them, it's the age of enlightenment..
