Second, a cross-licensing agreement means that Intel got some technology as well. I wonder what it could possibly be....

The cross license is only an exchange of patents.

The companies also signed an agreement for Nvidia to license Intel's front-side bus technology, allowing Nvidia to offer its nForce graphics technology on Intel-based computer systems.

This separate agreement is an exchange of technology, nForce graphics to Intel and Intel FSB to nVidia. One result is that nVidia is now enabled to make chipsets compatible with Intel processors.
