I HAVE tried RT. There seems to be a few things, for me personaly, that are not very user friendly. Most, if not all of these concerns have been posted by others on this and the TECH board. I don't have much use for Level 1, I want the L2/Pinks, then I will make my final decision about this product.

I, like you, feel as this is a company is acting uniquely as opposed to other Pinks with regards to its business plan. I am going to be monitoring RT progress very closely next week, that will tell me a lot.
