I unfortunately agree. This will be a longer battle. Hopefully the Omnibus is longer than 10 Mins this time and depending on the rulings we will see an array of appeals... It is understood the company was solvent, it's a certainty by my own DD and many posters here that Wamu has equity. IMO it's simply a metter of when not how. JPM i beleive is willing to settle this. They offered $8 they might as well give WMI that. FDIC takes all of their court cases all the way.... even when they lose they take forever. I read about a case settld by the FDIC that took 7 years
