The too obvious...

What the company is doing now, that they've just begun doing, is a clear departure from past, pointless routine imposed by... your side. "Let's stop this destructive deviation"... before the first foot falls on the new path ? LOL!!! I guess you see clearly enough WHERE that foot is going to fall ?

So, you think we need to get back to that "safe" path... on which the useless suck ups here feel comfortable, while they are busy stealing from the shareholders, while also ensuring as well they can that no progress is possible... until their thefts are complete ?

Even John Dalton can't be that clueless... although he'd happily pretend to be...

I can also guarantee you, I think, that the departure from the "routine" that we see happening now (as that routine has been structured by DD et al) is a departure that hasn't reached anything near a limit, yet. I don't see any evidence, yet, that they "get it"... and, of course, they won't... ever... for purpose. Even when they do get it... they can't admit they do. I don't think you benefit by playing that game with them.

Shareholders, properly, have already moved well past having them be what matters... Dealing with cleaning up the mess they've left is a retrospective need, but it is not a thing that can or should limit your perspective as you begin seeing the new path more clearly...

Zero tolerance for bozos now. All that is left for DD, Dalton et al, is to make the only choice that is left them... get out of the way if you can... or get run over if you do not, will not or cannot... whatever the reason for your choice.

What ever the choice... don't expect a pat on the back or a sympathy card from us.

The more rapidly and/or thoroughly, effectively, precisely, etc., that Dave and the BOD are able to drive a wooden stake through their collective hearts... and shove the bodies out of the way... the better... IMO. I don't think you really need or necessarily want to have a surgeon with a lot of patience skillfully "implant" any wooden stakes, either... rather than having a no nonsense construction contractor taking care of business with a sledge hammer, and doing it in a few quick strokes.
