Fully diluted is all that matters. If the stock continues to rise, as we all hope it will, those warrants and convertible issues will be converted. My guess is 800 million plus or minus a bit. Let's hold off debating this until the annual report comes out. That will giveus a clear undersanding as to how many shares will be out there when the baby hits a penny or more. I take 800 million in the pool.
