EXACTLY!

SPNG did not hit REG Sho until over a month AFTER the the 550 Million dumpathon on June 12th.

See, the NSS existed before that, but it was a smaller position, and was easier to hide. The 550 Million dumpathon was triggered by shorty selling 50 Million airshares into the market and causing absolute panic. After that his postion was harder to hide, and that is why we got reg sho IMO.
