Absolute Glass Protection Inc. Releases Additional Information Regarding the Automated Dry Lamination Process
LAS VEGAS, Nov 12, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Absolute Glass Protection Inc. ( ASLG ) of Las Vegas, announced on Oct. 20, 2004, that the company was going to provide additional information regarding their unique Automated Dry Lamination Equipment Division. The company's Automated Dry Lamination Equipment Division process was specifically designed and organized to facilitate and process large volumes of glass. Offering and supplying larger volumes via this process could greatly enhance the sales revenues for Absolute Glass Protection Inc. The company is now actively seeking an alliance or joint venture relationship within the Gulf Coast region to set up an additional Automated Dry Lamination Equipment Division. In addition, the company is now offering exclusive licensing arrangements for their Automated Dry Lamination Equipment in major market territories within the United States and internationally. Any new licensing arrangements for this specialty equipment will be separate from the company's ongoing local dealership product sales and installation divisions.
General Information for the Automated Dry Lamination Division
The company's specialized Automated Dry Lamination Equipment Division was designed and built for the specific purpose of applying safety and/or security film laminates automatically to the glass surfaces of tempered or regular plate glass. The major advantage of the Automated Dry Lamination Process is to reduce the actual time required to laminate a piece of glass. By reducing the actual lamination time, labor costs are reduced dramatically. This equipment utilizes the latest technology and gives Absolute Glass an edge in its industry. This specialized machinery automatically compresses the safety and/or security film laminates onto the glass as the glass passes through the uniquely designed and fabricated rubberized compression rollers. The safety and/or security films are applied to the glass in a dry laminating process (no water is used), which forces the laminated film adhesives directly into the glass surface at extremely high pressures. Once the safety and/or security laminated film has been applied to the glass, the automated conveyors remove the glass from the clean room environment. The new film laminate and glass combination is immediately ready for shipping and/or installation upon completion of this process. This new process is now available for governmental, industrial, commercial, residential and other types of specialty glass application needs. Please refer to the company's Web site for more details on the Automated Dry Lamination Equipment Division and pictures of the equipment.
