This is one of many small, money losing gold mining companies that has probably paid to have their company hyped. Pump and dump. This company has been losing money for several years, drilling holes looking for gold. Gold went up in price, so everyone now thinks all gold mining companies are getting rich. They're selling shares to pay for their exploration. Not a great investment. IMHO
