Executive Vice President and Head of Broker-Dealer Client Group moved to become Senior Relationship Officer?????? Yeah, if that ain't fishy I don't know what is. What does a senior relationship officer do anyways, besides get to keep a job with the company because the CEO is to spineless to fire him.

The head of the Broker Dealer group would be someone that would know about any toxic assets in its OTCBB market making business.

Seems like the castle is starting to fall.
