Intel said that the GloFo License did not include the right to make X86 products for others. GloFo could of course make X86 products for AMD who has a license from Intel including the right to have any foundry -- not just GloFo -- make its products.

The GloFo License is not public but it probably gives GloFo a right to make semiconductor products as long as the products are not X86 processors with an exception for anyone who has a foundry license for X86 products.
