Yes, it means they can now test the streaming feed which can of course only be done during market hours which includes after hours market data.

That was a very smart PR because Ben didn't lock himself down to a date. That said, a couple three days is sufficient for testing the feed so barring any unforeseen issues I would expect the launch to be sometime next week.

I can't imagine anything unforeseen happening because they have already given everything a thorough check up. During that check up the coding issue was discovered but that is now fixed so we're in the home stretch!!!!!
