perhaps you would care to share with the board the goals of 2009 that EI mgmt set for the company and the goals EI mgmt actually attained for the company in 2009?

as for scams... i don't think some companies start out to be scams but, rather, evolve into scams. we don't hear much about little scams in national media but most of us, if not all, have known of these little scams in or around our communities. as for known scams, enron and madoff would seem to meet the criteria you've listed and turned out to be scams in the end... EI??, well, whether EI is a scam or a successful business or a failed business has yet to play out. i, personally, hope they find a way to be successful but i cannot find anything in the information available to assure me they can reach success. EI has one exclusive license(mlb). the others can be gotten by any company that wants to pay the licensing fee and EI has tapped out their financial resources for the second time...and as far as anyone knows, at this time, without a loc it could be the final time...

the only person i see in a pretty good situation is clint. if EI succeeds he comes out a winner. if EI is sold he comes out a big winner. if EI fails he goes on to his next career.
